At 6:00 PM, 7th July 2021, the 3rd KYLIN FUN banquet was held successfully at the top private member’s club in Shanghai - YongFoo Elite.
Kylin Fun banquet series，organized by the Sino-European Manufacturing Club (SEMC) and sponsored by Kylin Spirits Group, will be held regularly at the most iconic venues around the world, in the aim of creating an international-resource-sharing platform for companies. With a membership system, each Kylin Fun banquet will invite 20 guests from China and abroad. Focusing on the concept of What Brings Us Together, the events showcase not only the differences and similarities between Eastern and Western culture but also exemplify how joy could be explored from the differences. Furthermore, they provide an opportunity for guests to taste Kylin Duality of Spirits, share their life stories, and salute to the spirit of creation and cooperation.
At the beginning of the event, Jason Xiang, founder of SEMC and President of Kylin Spirits Group (UK), delivered an opening speech themed with "What Brings Us Together" and "Cultural Exchange between the East and the West".
During the banquet, Mr. Xiang said that SEMC and the Kylin Spirits Group have been committed to promoting cultural exchange between the East and the West, and he was very happy to communicate with the guests at Yongfoo Elite.
Located in the villa that used to house the British Consulate in Shanghai, Yongfoo Elite was named the World’s Best Designed Club by the British design magazine "Wallpaper". The clubhouse combines the elegance of old Shanghai and the casual character of the West. Gardens of Chinese and European styles co-exist here harmoniously, while showcasing the merge of nature and art, essentially making the club a small art museum that channels both Eastern and Western traditions. Such a balanced fusion also coincides with the concept behind the project "What Brings Us Together".
In the ensuing activities of the night, the entrepreneurs present shared their business ideas and their understanding of cultural exchange between the East and the West. After the tasting session, the guests also discussed the inspiration and flavour of Kylin Duality of Spirits as well as the brand development of its producer Kylin Spirits Group. They also expressed thanks to Kylin FUN for providing a resource-sharing platform.
